Description

We are seeking a diligent Internal Recruiter to become part of our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining the recruitment process, fostering the company culture, and securing top talent. The ideal individual should possess a thorough understanding of recruitment protocols, exhibit strong interpersonal capabilities, and attract high-calibre candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from initial contact to the finalisation of searches
Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience by maintaining frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee and manage relationships with recruitment agencies
Coordinate and manage interviews, including conducting telephone interviews and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Ensure communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, detailing career advancement prospects, employee benefits packages, remuneration frameworks, and the merits of joining iSAM.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with onboarding, including facilitating the orientation and integration of new hires into iSAM.
Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, as well as market knowledge
Support additional HR tasks and projects as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Significant experience in full life cycle recruiting, with substantial expertise in Financial and Technology recruitment
Proven direct sourcing experience
Must have Agency or Internal Recruitment Experience
Proficient in managing intricate assignments and conducting numerous searches simultaneously
Skilled in direct sourcing and able to communicate employment opportunities to potential candidates who are currently employed
Comfortable interacting with employees across various levels of the organisation
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
